General instructions for returning the package for returns
If you are not satisfied with the jewel received or if for any other reason you would like to return the purchased product, we are happy to give you this opportunity. You have 14 days to return the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's commission: personalized or made-to-measure products.
Send us an email to info@bypique.com to activate the return procedure for the goods. Remember to write your full name, the order reference code and briefly explain the reason for your request. If the reason for the return is due to defects in the product, attach a photo. Once we receive your message, we will contact you as quickly as possible to give you all the instructions on how to return the goods.
We recommend that you do not send the return package back independently, but only after having received confirmation of acceptance of the return from us.
The jewel must reach us intact and in its original packaging. Otherwise, unfortunately we will not be able to help you. If all terms and conditions are met, we will credit you with the full cost of the returned jewel excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be at our expense only and exclusively in the event that the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product or any other error on our part. We will not cover shipping costs, however, in the event of second thoughts or measurement errors.
Note: it is important that your shipment occurs only after having received our confirmation of acceptance of the return.
