Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have eight days from the day of receipt to return it.
First, please write an email specifying the reason for your return and order number. Once we have received your message, we will contact you as quickly as possible to give you all the instructions on how to return the item(s).
The products must arrive in tact and in the original packaging. If not, we will not be able to process the return and the item will be returned to you.
If all terms and conditions are met, we will credit the entire cost of the item(s) excluding shipping charges.
Exchanges
You have eight days from the day of receipt to make an exchange. Please email us with the reason for the exchange request, the order number and the desired exchange item(s). Before proceeding with the shipment, please wait for our response. We will process the exchange and have the new item(s) to you as soon as possible.
Note
It is important that your shipment only takes place upon receipt of our acceptance of the return or exchange.
Shipping costs will be ours only if the delivery or change is caused by a defect in the product or any other mistake made by us.
For hygienic reasons, no changes and replacements of any of our earrings are accepted.
General returns or exchange package instructions
Send us an e-mail to info@bypique.com to activate the procedure of making or changing the goods. Specifies in the subject of the email if it is "rendered" or "changed". Remember to write your full name, order code, and briefly explain the reason for your request. If the reason for the delivery or change is due to defects in the product, attach a photo.
We will answer you as soon as possible. If all the conditions specified in Shipment and Exchange are met, we will send you the "withdrawal instructions". We will be kind to send to you our DHL courier who will retrieve the parcel on the date we will let you know.
