Shipping policy
Each piece of jewelry is handmade. For this reason, we need a few days to produce the jewelry you ordered.
Production times vary depending on the product selected and can range from 2 to 3 weeks. For more specific information, please email info@bypique.com.
Shipping times vary depending on the location:
- Italy: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-4 business days
- United States: 2-10 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. This way, you can always track your package.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €80, and €8 for orders under €80.
Shipping costs within Europe are €15, while for non-European countries the cost is €35. Any customs duties for shipments outside Europe are the buyer's responsibility.
